Delivery:

Fast delivery within 15-20 Days, the merchandise will be shipped to your assigned destination from time the order is completed. Production capacity of 300 to 500 pcs per day.

Packing:

We provide high quality packaging to match the international standards. Products are packed in batches of 6/12 pieces in a corrugated box with a wool base. These inner boxes are further placed in larger corrugated boxes of 9 ply. Our products travel through continents so every minutest detail is taken care to maintain their quality. We also undertake customized packaging as per the requirement.

Shipping:

Our products have appealed to clients across the globe including those in US, Europe, Asia and Australia.

All orders are shipped from our factory in Jaipur, India. Shipping fees based on the packed weight of your order and the shipping method. We do not make a profit on shipping fees: the amount that we charge you is the amount that the shipper charges us.

We have 2 standard shipping methods: Fed Ex & UPS Courier, Express Mail Service (EMS, known as Global Express Mail), Parcel are Insured Depending the weight of your order and where you're located.

If you have special shipping requirements, or if there is no standard shipping method available for your order, you can select the "Request Shipping Quotation" method.

We provide complete and accurate shipping documentation with every order, including all documentation.
